Issue of Share Purchase Plan Shares
Salt Lake Potash Limited (SO4 or the Company) advises that following its announcement of the results of the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) on 28 January 2021, it has today issued 19,999,978 fully paid ordinary shares of no par value (Ordinary Shares) at an issue price of A$0.40 per Ordinary Share, being the final amount after adjusting for rounding differences on the scaling back of applications received under the SPP. 
The new Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00am on 4 February 2021 (Admission).
Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs), following Admission, SO4 will have 731,002,863 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights attached. SO4 holds no shares in treasury. This figure of 731,002,863 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the ASX Listing Rules or the DTRs.
