RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Salt Lake Potash Limited (SO4 or the Company) advises that a General Meeting of the Company was held today, 13 January 2021, at 10.00am (WST).

The resolutions voted on, which were in accordance with the Notice of General Meeting of 11 June 2021 and which is available on the Company's website, www.so4.com.au, were to ratify the prior issue of Tranche 1 shares and  to approve the issue of Tranche 2 shares to directors, as announced on 24 May 2021. All resolutions were voted on and carried by way of a poll.

Application will be made for the admission of the Tranche 2 shares to AIM in due course and a further announcement made at that time.

In accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001, the details of the poll and the proxies received in respect of each resolution are set out in the following summary.
