India New Issue-Sammaan Capital to issue multiple tenor bonds, bankers say
MUMBAI, June 17 (Reuters) - India's Sammaan Capital SMMN.NS, formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance, plans to raise 6 billion rupees ($69.7 million), including a greenshoe option of 4.25 billion rupees, through sale of multiple tenor bonds, three bankers said on Tuesday. The housing finance company has invited bids from bankers and investors on Wednesday, they said. The company did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
