India New Issue-Sammaan Capital to reissue April 2027 bonds, bankers say
MUMBAI, March 25 (Reuters) - India's Sammaan Capital SMMN.NS, formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance, plans to raise 12.50 billion rupees ($132.78 million), including a greenshoe option of 5 billion rupees, through the reissue of 9.75% April 2027 bonds, three merchant bankers said on Wednesday. The housing finance company has invited bids from bankers and investors on Friday, they said. The company did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
