Insurer Sampo falls after Q4 miss, 'disappointing' dividend

** Shares in Sampo  SAMPO.HE  fall 5% after the Finnish
insurer's Q4 results miss expectations
    ** Q4 pre-tax profit came in at 390 million euros ($419.02
million), missing Vara Research consensus by nearly 30%
    ** Sampo proposes dividend of 2.60 euro per share against
2.94 seen in the Vara poll; Jefferies describes the proposal as
"disappointing" 
    ** Jefferies also notes the insurer's Solvency II ratio is
four percentage points lower than expected, while results in
Topdanmark, Mandatum Holding missed consensus by more than 20%
    ** If losses hold, the stock will see its worst day since
May 2022
