Final Terms dated 18 May 2018 (the "Fixed Rate Note Final Terms") relating to SAMPO PLC's issue of SEK 700,000,000 0.875 per cent. Notes due 23 May 2022 (the "Fixed Rate Notes") under the EUR 3,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Sampo plc
 
Final Terms dated 18 May 2018 (the "Floating Rate Note Final Terms") relating to SAMPO PLC'S SEK 1,300,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 23 May 2022 (the "Floating Rate Notes") under the EUR 3,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Sampo plc

The Fixed Rate Note Final Terms contain the final terms of the Fixed Rate Notes and the Floating Rate Note Final Terms contain the final terms of the Floating Rate Notes. Each Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 13 April 2018 and the supplements thereto dated 11 May 2018 (together, the "Prospectus"), relating to the Programme. The Prospectus constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC as amended.  Full information on Sampo plc and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms.
