Publication of Final Terms
 
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
 
Final Terms dated 26 September 2018 (the "Final Terms") relating to SAMPO PLC's issue of EUR 500,000,000 2.250 per cent. Notes due 27 September 2030 (the "Notes") under the EUR 4,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Sampo plc (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 13 April 2018 and the supplements thereto dated 11 May 2018 and 24 September 2018 (together, the "Prospectus"), relating to the Programme. The Prospectus constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC as amended.  Full information on Sampo plc and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms.
