** Co forecasts FY27 adj. EPS between 65 cents and 69 cents, above analysts' estimates of 59 cents - data compiled by LSEG

** Co's Q4 adj. EPS came in at 18 cents, beating estimates of 13 cents

** Quarterly revenue at $444.3 million vs estimates of $422.3 million

** As of last close, shares down about 16.6% YTD
