Spruce Point flags risk to Samsara's revenue over accounting practices

Sept 21 (Reuters) - Spruce Point Capital Management said
on Thursday it saw risk to revenue growth at Samsara  IOT.N 
over some of the software firm's accounting practices, and
recommended a strong sell on its stock.
