AGEAS AGES.BR :
Belgian insurer Ageas on Thursday disclosed its comparative
IFRS 17/9 figures for 2022, saying its net result over the last
year under the new accounting standars amounted to 1.10 billion
euros.
BUREAU VERITAS BVI.PA :
French certification company on Thursday announced it had
appointed Hinda Gharbi as CEO, while Laurent Mignon would take
on the role of Chairman of the Board.
NN GROUP NN.AS :
Dutch insurer on Thursday said it would neutralise the
dilutive effect of the stock dividend through the repurchase of
shares for 235 million euros, equivalent to the value of the
stock dividend.
OLYMPIQUE LYONNAIS OLG.PA :
Board of French soccer club backed bid offer filed by Eagle
Football as it considered that it was in line with shareholders'
interests, the group said on Thursday.
SAMSE SAMS.PA :
French group on Thursday said it was in advanced and
exclusive discussion with Gemoise as part of the development of
its public works and water supply business.
SES IMAGOTAG SESL.PA :
SES Imagotag's board rejected the allegations of a
shortselling report by Gotham City Research that led it to
suspend its shares on the Paris stock exchange on Thursday.
Trading of the company's shares will resume on Friday
morning at 0700 GMT, Euronext said.
TOTALENERGIES TTEF.PA :
Canadian convenience store operator Alimentation Couche-Tard
on Thursday said TotalEnergies has accepted the firm offer to
acquire certain European retail assets under the same terms and
conditions announced on 16 March.
