    -  The U.S. Department of Justice and 15 states on Thursday
sued Apple  AAPL.O  as the government cracks down on Big Tech,
alleging the iPhone maker monopolized the smartphone market,
hurt smaller rivals and drove up prices.
    
    - Luggage maker Samsonite International  1910.HK  said on
Friday that it planned to pursue a dual listing in addition to
its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to increase the
liquidity of its shares and to reach investors in more markets.
    
    - Robinhood Markets  HOOD.O  said on Thursday that
co-founder and chief creative officer, Baiju Bhatt, will step
down from his executive role after over 10 years in leadership.
        
  
        - Heart patients insured under the U.S. Medicare
programme would be covered for Novo Nordisk's  NOVOb.CO 
weight-loss drug Wegovy as long as it is prescribed to reduce
their risk of heart attacks and strokes, the agency overseeing
the program said on Thursday.
        
  
        - Embattled U.S. Democratic Senator Bob Menendez said on
Thursday he would not run for reelection as a Democrat, but
suggested he could run as an independent.
    
    - Jason Conti, executive vice president and general counsel
for Dow Jones, said on Thursday the U.S. government should
consider immediate consequences, including sanctions, against
