 Notice of Admission to the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority
 and to the London Stock Exchange and Delisting from the Luxembourg Stock
 Exchange

 Further to its announcement of 10 February 2025, SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd.
 (SMSD) (the "Company" or "Samsung"), a global electronics firm headquartered
 in Korea, announces the admission of its global depositary receipts ("GDRs")
 representing the Company's non-voting preference shares to the 'certificates
 representing certain securities (depositary receipts)' category of the UK
 Financial Conduct Authority's official list and to the London Stock Exchange's
 main market for listed securities, with effect as of the date of this notice
 (the "Admission").

 

 In accordance with its announcement of 26 November 2024, the Company further
 announces that the delisting of the GDRs from the official list of the
 Luxembourg Stock Exchange (the "LuxSE") and the withdrawal from admission to
 trading on the regulated market of the LuxSE has occurred concurrently with
 Admission with effect as of the date of this notice and with the last day of
 trading of the GDRs on the LuxSE being 12 February 2025.
