intraday pct gain
    ** Company signs agreement with Samsung SDS America, a U.S.
unit of Samsung SDS  018260.KS 
    ** Agreement to enable Samsung SDS America to distribute
company's Cloud Start product to healthcare focused enterprise
resellers from February
    ** Stock at its highest since Feb. 5, 2020
    ** More than 46.2 mln shares change hands vs 30-day average
volume of about 385,000 shares
    ** Stock down 6.7% this year, as of last close
