* Discloseable transaction acquisition of sale shares (involving the issue of consideration shares under general mandate)  1889.HK  
* Purchaser (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), the target company and the vendors entered into the share transfer agreement 
* Says total consideration of hk$145 million 
* Purchaser shall not be obliged to acquire the sale shares unless the sale shares are sold by vendors simultaneously
