Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights
 
The Company announces that on 30 April 2021 it purchased 40,000 zero dividend preference shares of no par value ("ZDP Shares") at a price of 131.0 pence per ZDP Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares. 
Following the above transaction and the cancellation of 1,690,034 ZDP Shares as announced by the Company on 22 April 2021, the Company has 19,101,384 ZDP Shares in issue, of which 12,235,748 ZDP Shares are held by the Company as treasury shares. The total number of voting rights associated with the ZDP Shares is therefore 6,865,636.
