The Company announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has
today been sent to shareholders.

 

The AGM will be held at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey
on Friday, 16 August 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

 

Copies of the Notice of AGM are available from the Company on request, or on
its website via www.sancus.com (https://www.sancus.com/) .
