Nomad Royalty rises on Sandstorm Gold buyout

** U.S.-listed shares of Canada's Nomad Royalty Co  NSR.N 
up ~8% at $8.10 in premarket trade after buyout news
    ** The gold and silver royalty co's stock is on track for
its best day since early Dec, if gains hold
    ** Sandstorm Gold Ltd  SSL.TO  has agreed to acquire co in
all-stock transaction for C$755 mln  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nCNWTHCsRa
    ** Offer of C$11.57 per share represents ~21% premium to
Nomad's last close of C$9.59 on TSX  NSR.TO 
    ** Nomad shareholders will hold 28% of Sandstorm at closing,
which is expected in H2 2022
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock had fallen 1.96% YTD
