April 25 (Reuters) - Sangji Caelum Inc  042940.KQ  :
    
    * Says it will issue 12th series unregistered and secured
private convertible bonds, to raise 6 billion won in proceeds
for investment fund 
    * Maturity date is April 25, 2021, coupon rate is 3 percent
and yield to maturity is 3 percent for the bonds
    * Conversion price is 2,680 won/share and conversion ratio
