    * Says its top shareholder Munemasa Hiroshi, current 
president of the company, cut voting power in the company to 
16.3 percent from 19.8 percent and became the second biggest 
shareholder of the company 
    * Says a real estate management firm, which holds 18.3 
percent voting power in the company, became top shareholder of 
the company 
    * Effective Sept. 1
