guilty to criminal conduct to resolve a multiyear emissions
fraud probe surrounding Ram pickup trucks and Jeep sport-utility
vehicles with diesel engines, people familiar with the matter

    Stellantis and unions reached an agreement on Tuesday on a
planned restructuring of the group's production in the Italian
city of Turin, which will be completed by mid-January, FIM,

    Italy plans to negotiate with the European Commission a
"long extension" of the deadline to cut Rome's 64% stake in
ailing bank Monte dei Paschi di Siena, a source close to the

    Brazilian telecom firm TIM SA  TIM3.SA  will on Wednesday
submit proposals to participate in the country's auction of 5G
mobile spectrum, a director said during an earnings conference

businesses including IOT and mobile advertising

    Investors have tendered shares equivalent to 20% of
Cattolica's capital under Generali's buyout offer, bourse data
