Brazil's EMS purchases Sanofi's Medley

SAO PAULO, March 6 (Reuters) - Brazilian pharmaceutical company EMS announced on Friday the purchase of Medley, a unit of French drugmaker Sanofi SASY.PA, according to joint a statement.
