May 5 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

BENETEAU SA CHBE.PA:

French boat manufacturer Beneteau reported Q1 revenues of 169.5 million euros ($198,18 million), up 30% from last year. It noted a marked slowdown in order intake linked to the Middle East situation, with its outlook confirmed subject to improvement in the region before the end of H1.

COMPAGNIE DE SAINT GOBAIN SA SGOB.PA:

French building materials company Saint-Gobain signed an agreement to sell its distribution business in Brazil, with the transaction expected to be completed by the end of the first half of 2026.

SANOFI SA SASY.PA:

French pharmaceutical company Sanofi announced a 294 million dollars investment to expand its AI Center of Excellence in Toronto, as part of over 2 billion dollars in planned infrastructure investments by 2028 at its campus.

STMICROELECTRONICS STMPA.PA:

Chipmaker STMicroelectronics, said on Monday, it is targeting more than 3 billion dollars in cumulative revenue for its semiconductor space business from 2026 to 2028, driven by surging demand for chips used in low-Earth orbit satellite networks, with 2026 revenue close to 1 billion dollars.

VICAT SA VCTP.PA:

French cement maker Vicat reported Q1 sales of 922 million euros with like-for-like growth of 8.5%. It confirmed its 2026 outlook assuming no escalation of the Middle East conflict.
