** Stock on track to mark its best session since October 2
** Energy stocks gain tracking rise in oil prices on persistent supply concerns amid an increase in attacks on shipping in the Gulf and the Strait of HormuzO/R 
** Sector heavyweights Woodside Energy WDS.AX and Santos STO.AX up 2.3% and 1.6% respectively
