Feb 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Friday:
** Global commodity trader Vitol has approached Italy's
Moratti family over the possibility of buying their controlling
stake in oil refiner Saras SRS.MI , a person close to the
matter said, confirming a newspaper report.

** Barclays BARC.L will buy most of the banking operations
of Britain's biggest supermarket group Tesco TSCO.L for about
600 million pounds ($757 million), the companies said .

** Grab Holdings GRAB.O and GoTo GOTO.JK , Southeast
Asia's biggest ride-hailing companies, have restarted talks for
a merger, Bloomberg News reported .
