Saras soars after report of Vitol's bid for Moratti family's stake

** Shares in Saras  SRS.MI  jump around 13% to more than
five-year high, with traders pointing to a report that global
commodity trader Vitol has submitted a bid for Moratti family's
stake in the Italian refinery
    ** Italian newspaper Milano Finanza reported on Friday Vitol
has offered 2.2 eur/shr for 40% Moratti family's stake
    ** The offer values Saras at 2.1 bln euros
    ** Saras declined to comment
    ** If gains hold, the stock will see its best day since Nov.
