Cambridge, UK, 23 October 2024 - Sareum Holdings plc (AIM: SAR), a
clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation kinase
inhibitors for autoimmune disease and cancer, will announce its financial
results for the year ended 30 June 2024 on Tuesday, 29 October 2024.

The Company will also be holding a live presentation to investors on Tuesday,
29 October 2024 at 14:30 GMT via the Investor Meet Company platform.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
