** Shares of software development co  SKCT.NS  fall as much
as 10% to 1,125 rupees, biggest pct drop since Oct 22
    ** Co on Thursday reported 11.3% fall in Dec qtr profit,

    ** Co said fall in revenue was part of move to focus on
"better quality of customer engagements"
    ** About 59,717 shares change hands vs 30-day avg of 45,971
    ** SKCT shares are down 13.2% this month after gaining 62.4%
in 2021
