 * Says to consider increasing the borrowing power of the company to inr 750

 * Source text:Satkar Finlease Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following businesses: 
 
1. Migration of the Company from SME Plateform of BSE Limited to Main Board of BSE Limited in terms of Chapter XB of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009; 
 
2. Increasing the Borrowing Power of the Company to Rs. 75 Crores; 
 
3. Creation of security on the properties of the Company in favour of lenders.
