July 4 (Reuters) - ESV Inc  223310.KQ  :
    
    * Says it will issue 5th series unregistered and unsecured
private convertible bonds, to raise 10 billion won in proceeds
for investment 
    * Maturity date is Aug. 14, 2021, coupon rate is 2 percent
and yield to maturity is 3 percent for the bonds
    * Conversion price is 1,054 won/share and conversion ratio
