Brief: ESV to issue first series bonds with warrants worth 15 bln won

Jan 25 (Reuters) - ESV Inc  223310.KQ  :     
     
    * Says it will issue first series unregistered/unsecured 
private bonds with warrants, to raise 15 billion won  
    * Says maturity date is April 10, 2020, annual coupon rate 
is 2 percent and yield to maturity is 3 percent  
    * Says a 100 percent conversion rate of bonds to common 
shares at 12,600 won/share, and conversion period from April 10, 
2018 to March 10, 2020
