Satsuma Technology PLC Announces Auditor Transition in Line with Strategic
Review

Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS) today provides an update on its corporate
governance and financial oversight.

Following the appointment of a new management team in summer 2025, the Board
has initiated a comprehensive review of the Company's systems, procedures, and
professional advisers to ensure they align with Satsuma's future growth
strategy.

As part of this forward-looking process, the Board has resolved to appoint a
new audit firm.  Following discussions with the Company, Kreston Reeves LLP
has resigned as the Company's auditor. The Board has commenced a formal
selection process to identify an audit partner best placed to support Satsuma
through its next phase of development.

The Board wishes to thank Kreston Reeves LLP for their service to the Company.
A further announcement regarding the appointment of a new auditor will be made
in due course.

In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, a copy of Kreston
Reeves LLP's statement of circumstances connected with their resignation will
be sent to shareholders shortly, made available on the Company's website, and
uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism.
