Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS), a public company pioneering the

further to the announcement made on 01 August 2025, the Company confirms
Jonathan Jachym's appointment to the Board of Satsuma as a Non-executive
Director. There are no matters requiring disclosure under UK Listing Rule
