Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMR")

Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS) announces that the Company has granted
options to each of Henry Elder and Andrew Smith, in accordance with the terms
of the Satsuma Technology PLC (Employees) Share Option Plan, to subscribe for
560,195,010 Ordinary Shares and 168,058,503 new Ordinary Shares respectively,
vesting equally over 4 years, at an exercise price of (i) £0.01 per Ordinary
Share for those options vesting on the first and second anniversary from the
date of the grant, and (ii) £0.02 per Ordinary Share for those options
vesting on the third and fourth anniversary from the date of the grant.

In addition, further to the conversion of the loan notes as announced on 17
December 2025, the Company has allotted and issued 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares
to Henry Elder on 18 December 2025.
