Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS), a public company pioneering the
convergence of Bitcoin treasury strategy and decentralised AI, announces that
it will hold its General Meeting ("GM") at 2:30 p.m. (London time) on 02
September 2025 at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great Queen St, London
WC2B 5DG.
