Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS), a public company pioneering the
convergence of decentralised AI and Bitcoin treasury management announces that
at its General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to Shareholders
were duly passed on a show of hands.

 

While the vote was passed on a show of hands, the Company notes and
appreciates the strong support of the Company's shareholders reflected in the
proxy votes, which were as follows:
