Update on previously published non-statutory financial information

Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS) announces that the non-statutory financial
information for the three months ended 31 May 2025 (published on 10 July 2025)
and for the period to 8 August 2025 (published on 1 September 2025), will be
superseded by the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 31 August
2025.

The interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2025 will be released
today in a separate Regulatory News announcement.
