entered into a new $157 million construction to permanent loan - 
SEC filing 
    * Saul Centers Inc - loan matures on September 15, 2035 
    * Saul Centers - interest on amounts borrowed under loan 
during 4 -year construction, lease-up period will accrue monthly 
at annual rate equal to 4.67% 
    * Saul Centers-loan to partially finance construction of 750 
North Glebe road, including about 491 residential units, 61,000 
square feet of retail space
