       Aug 8 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on
Thursday:

        ** Thoma Bravo is preparing to explore options including
a potential sale of ABC Fitness Solutions that could value the
software provider for health clubs and gyms at about $3 billion
including debt, according to people familiar with the matter.

        ** Recursion Pharmaceuticals  RXRX.O , a biotech firm
which uses artificial intelligence to discover new drug
candidates, has agreed to buy smaller rival Exscientia  EXAI.O 
for $688 million in an all-stock deal, according to a statement

       ** The UK Takeover Panel has extended the deadline for
the 720 million pound ($913.7 million) all-share takeover
proposal by homebuilder Bellway  BWY.L  for its FTSE midcap peer

    ** Swedish financial investor EQT  EQTAB.ST  said on
Wednesday it will acquire a majority stake in Swiss

    ** U.S. private equity firm KKR & Co  KKR.N  will launch a
tender offer for Japan's Fuji Soft  9749.T , the companies said,
in a 558.4 billion yen ($3.8 billion) deal to take the software

    ** Savannah Energy  SAVES.L  said on Wednesday it has
terminated the planned $1.25 billion purchase of Malaysia's
state energy firm Petronas' oil and gas business in South Sudan,
as the parties could not close the deal on the originally

    ** UK's competition regulator said its phase 1 review into
homebuilder Barratt's  BDEV.L  2.52 billion pound ($3.21
billion) all-stock deal to buy smaller rival Redrow  RDW.L  had

    ** Australia's Pacific Smiles  PSQ.AX  said its shareholders
have voted against National Dental Care's (NDC) A$327.1 million

    ** Walt Disney  DIS.N  said on Wednesday it may have to pay
up to $5 billion more to buy Comcast's  CMCSA.O  minority stake
in Hulu, if an appraiser were to agree with Comcast's assessment

    ** Equity Residential  EQR.N  has agreed to acquire 11
apartment properties located in its expansion markets such as
Atlanta and Denver from Blackstone  BX.N  for about $964
