Profile Summary
Savannah Energy PLC is an independent energy company focused on the delivery of projects in Nigeria, Niger, and Cameroon. The Company’s Nigeria assets include two oil and gas fields, Uquo and Stubb Creek, and the Accugas midstream business, all of which are located in Southeast Nigeria. It holds an 80% economic interest in the exploration, development, and production of gas within the Uquo field. The Company’s Accugas midstream business focuses on the marketing, processing, distribution, and sale of gas to the Nigerian market. Its acreage in Niger covers approximately 50% of the Agadem Rift Basin (ARB), an area equivalent to the Central North Sea Basin. In Cameroon, the Cameroon Export Transportation System (ETS) comprises the Cameroon export pipeline, the Kome Kribi 1 floating storage and offloading unit (FSO) and related infrastructure. The Company is also focused on the development of the Bini a Warak Hydroelectric Project, located in the northern Adamawa Region of Cameroon.
