Profile Summary

Savannah Energy PLC., formerly Savannah Petroleum PLC., is a United Kingdom-based energy producer company. The Company is an oil and gas company focused around activities in Niger and Nigeria. The Company provides operations in Niger and Nigeria. Niger includes R1/R2 PERMIT and R3/R4 PERMIT. The Nigeria business comprises interests in upstream that is Uquo and Stubb Creek fields and midstream is Accugas assets, all located in South East Nigeria. The Uquo field holds interest in the exploration, development and production of gas at the Uquo field through its owned subsidiary Seven Uquo Gas Limited (SUGL). The Stubb Creek fields is located in South East Nigeria. The midstream, Accugas owns and operates the 200 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd) Uquo gas central processing facility (CPF).
