Director/PDMR Dealings
Savannah Energy PLC, the British independent energy company focused around the delivery of Projects that Matter, announces that it has been notified of three transfers, totalling 91,805,655 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), between companies beneficially owned by Andrew Knott, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, and a further transfer of 20,591,376 Ordinary Shares from a company beneficially owned by Andrew Knott to his personal name. Accordingly, there has been no change in Andrew Knott's beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares of the Company, which remains at 14.02%. The transfers have been undertaken to consolidate Andrew Knott's shareholdings in the Company into his personal name and a single company beneficially owned by him.
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
