ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

31 December 2022 together with the Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting
(AGM) and Form of Proxy to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard
copy communications. The 2022 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM can
