MARCUS SPERBER APPOINTED NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF SEGRO PLC

LONDON, 26 April, 2024 - Segro plc today announced the appointment of Marcus
Sperber, who is an independent Non-Executive Director, as a new independent
Non-Executive Director of Segro plc with effect from 1 May 2024.
