SIMON SHAW TO RETIRE AS CHAIRMAN OF SYNAIRGEN PLC

LONDON, 18 September 2024 - Synairgen plc today announced that Simon Shaw
will retire as Chairman of Synairgen plc at the conclusion of its forthcoming
Annual General Meeting, to be held on 10th October 2024.

This announcement is issued in accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14 of the
