CORRECTION TO THE NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS/ PDMRS
Vesting of Share Awards
On 27 April 2015 under RNS no 4000L, the Company announced that awards made on 19 April 2012 over ordinary shares of the Company under the Deferred Share Plans had become unconditional following the end of their Deferred Period
The Trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, which manages the Company's share schemes, has now advised that in fact 20,157 shares were sold at 822.049p per share on 27 April 2015 resulting in PDMR Mr Mark Ridley having a shareholding of 117,109 shares following the transaction (rather than 19,912 shares being sold at 822.049p per share resulting in a shareholding of 117,354 shares following the notification as originally stated) 
The remainder of the announcement under RNS no 4000L remains unchanged.
