GRANT OF SHARESAVE SCHEME OPTIONS

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that following a valid application from Savills UK's CEO James Sparrow to participate in the Company's all-employee 2018 Sharesave Scheme, on 2 October 2018 options over the Company's ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted as follows:
