NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS/ PDMRS AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company announces that it has received notification that James Sparrow, a PDMR, purchased 8,971 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at £13.66 per share on 21 September 2021.  As a result, Mr Sparrow has a total beneficial interest in 53,407 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.037% of the Company's issued share capital.
