** Yancoal Australia said it has entered a deal to acquire an 80% stake in the Kestrel coking coal mine in Queensland for up to $2.4 billion, a move that strengthens its position as one of the country's largest coal producers.

** France's Eurofins has agreed to sell its electrical and electronic testing unit to UL Solutions for an enterprise value of 575 million euros ($677 million), it said.

** Norway's Equinor said it has sold 12.9 million shares in solar energy group Scatec for around 1.6 billion Norwegian crowns ($169.31 million), completing a transaction first flagged on Monday.

** Amazon is in advanced talks to acquire satellite telecom group Globalstar , a deal that would bolster the tech major's push to build its own satellite operation, Bloomberg News reported on Monday.
