as 3.2% to A$2.9 - set to gain most since Feb 22, if trends hold
    ** Property developer says total business partner sales for
January and February were 17% higher compared to 2022
    ** Co reiterates 2023 funds from operations and distribution
outlook
    ** Also endorses Ilana Atlas as chair-elect 
    ** Stock hits highest level since March 17
    ** Stock down 2.4% this year, as of last close
