Australia's Scentre Group jumps on higher HY income

** Shares of Scentre Group  SCG.AX  rise as much as 5.1% to
A$2.775, their highest since Aug 16
    ** Shares set for best day since July 27, if gains hold
    ** The real estate services provider reports HY net
operating income of A$971.9 mln ($623.18 mln), up 10% from last
year
    ** Co sees higher distributions of at least 16.50 Australian
cents per security for 2023, representing at least 4.8% growth
for the year
    ** Scentre stock down 8.3% this year, as of last close
