Annual General Meeting 12 May 2023

At the AGM held on 12 May 2023 all resolutions were passed, including those
detailed below:

·    Shareholders approved special resolutions authorising the Company to
renew its authority to make market purchases of up to 14.99 per cent of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital and issued C share capital, being
75,014,457 ordinary shares and 104,930,000 C shares.  The authority will
expire at the conclusion of the 2024 AGM of the Company, unless previously
varied, revoked or renewed.
